Fractal Moonrise

for Jenna and Nick

As the sun sets, the full moon rises pink

over the bay. White caps crest,

fold back within, and crest again.

Your head rests on my thighs.

In the in-between of dusk

irrelevance of time settles and

our convergence, oneness,

inevitable passing                            crest,

fold,

crest.

    Wow! Beautiful!
    Too beautiful to dissect
    Like an old English Major….
Still fishing in the waters of life…!

Her comment was poem-like. You can post a poem as a comment. :)
